La capital neuquina permanece casi sitiada desde las 6.30 de la mañana en algunos puntos de acceso a la ciudad y también en algunos puntos del interior.

En el acceso a Neuquén los cortes se producen en Parque Industrial de Neuquén, autovia norte en la bajada Pluspetrol, y en la zona acceso a Plottier, además de la protesta que se concretara cerca de las 10 de la mañana sobre desarrollo social en Anaya y Ruta 22 por parte de organizaciones sociales FOL Polo Obrero y Ceramistas entre otras.

En el interior los cortes son en Cutral Co, y Plaza Huincul,
