En dialogo con el programa SUPERVIVIENTES (PLATINUM 97.7 y La Confluencia de Radios) el concejal Marcelo Bermudez dijo textualmente que "los funcionarios judiciales no tienen sangre", y agregó "si un poder no funciona hay que intervenirlo".

Marcelo Bermudez fue mas alla y dijo "El Gobernador que es otro de los poderes existentes y la legislatura deben exigir que el poder judicial funcione y los responsables del poder judicial deben decir el que no labura no cobra"
